 All orders are created after order submission. Due to the time needed to complete the custom designs, please allow 3 to 5 business days for order processing. If items are needed sooner, please email us at nacustomdesignsllc@gmail.com to confirm that we are able to complete your order based on your timeframe.

Order confirmations are emailed after purchases are completed. Upon completion of order processing & shipping, the tracking information will be sent to the email you provide during check-out. Please ensure it is accurate. Orders are shipped via USPS and should arrive within 7 -10 business days after being shipped. 

PLEASE NOTE: Items may take longer due to holidays, bad weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. **Also, N&A Custom Designs is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, damaged, or stolen items.** However, please remember your items may be tracked using the tracking information we sent to the email you provided at check-out or account creation.
