Damaged or Defective Items Policy

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

To receive a refund or replacement, the item must be returned to us. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the approved refund or replacement.

Due to the custom nature of some our products, refunds will not be issued without the item being returned. Customers are responsible for contacting us before sending items back to ensure proper return instructions are provided.
